KiesSlim is operated by KIESSLIM (PTY) LTD (Registration No. 2026/419316/07), a company registered in South Africa. KiesSlim connects flea market, festival, church bazaar, school fête, and pop-up event vendors with the organisers who need them. Organisers list events; vendors set up a profile and are automatically shown events matching their category and travel distance. KiesSlim does not organise events, does not supply vendors, and is not a party to any agreement reached between a vendor and an organiser.
Events on KiesSlim are listed directly by the organiser and have not been independently verified by KiesSlim. Event dates, venues, vendor requirements, pricing, deposits, and facility information are self-reported by the organiser and may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or subject to change without notice.
KiesSlim does not verify that an organiser has the right or authority to run the event described, that the event will actually take place, or that it will match its published description. Vendors should confirm event details directly with the organiser before travelling or committing to attend.
Vendor profiles are self-reported by the vendor and have not been independently verified by KiesSlim. KiesSlim does not verify that a vendor is registered, licensed, insured, food-safety compliant, or otherwise able to supply what their profile describes. Organisers should independently satisfy themselves as to a vendor's suitability before confirming a booking.
KiesSlim shows a vendor which published events fall within their chosen travel distance and match at least one category they've selected. This is calculated automatically using self-selected categories and town-level location data. Location data for some towns may be missing or approximate, and this can affect which events appear. Matching results are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. Vendors and organisers should use the platform's search tools to check for opportunities beyond their default settings, rather than relying solely on the automatic matches shown.
KiesSlim does not process any booking, application, deposit, or payment. When a vendor contacts an organiser (or vice versa) using the details shown on the platform, everything that follows — negotiation, stall booking, payment, cancellation, and performance — happens directly between those two parties, entirely outside the platform. KiesSlim has no visibility into, and no responsibility for, what is agreed.
Any dispute about a stall booking, non-payment, cancellation, or no-show must be resolved directly between the vendor and the organiser concerned.
