Exciting things happening in Magaliesburg!

Come enjoy the beautiful weather and fresh air with us! Whether you want to browse our variety of stalls, picnic or braai with the family, or spend the weekend in the glorious Magaliesburg, this is the time and place!

We are hosting the first Sleepy River Community Market at Magalies Sleepy River Camping Resort on the 29th of August 2026 from 8am to 4pm. We are sharing camp related businesses and homegrown self-starters, including "homemade with love" in the Magaliesburg and Hekpoort area and surrounds.

There is no entrance fee or parking fee payable for this event. Filled with exciting stands and fabulous entertainment!

Magalies Sleepy River Camp Resort is offering great camping specials for the weekend, R100 per person per night, R60 for children between 6 and 12, under 6 is free. For more details contact Mari on 082 555 9684. Leashed pets welcome!
